Do you provide evening and weekend cleaning services?
At The House of Nouveau, we’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional service between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, ensuring that we start our last appointment by 2 PM so that we’re out of your space before it gets too late. If you need a weekend day, on Saturdays, we offer a shorter schedule from 8 AM to 1 PM. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
Are there any tasks that you don’t perform when cleaning a home?
At The House of Nouveau, we prioritize quality and safety in our cleaning services. While we aim to help you with a variety of tasks around your home, there are certain jobs we unfortunately cannot perform. These include the following:
Time-intensive tasks like dishes and laundry fall outside the scope of our services.
To ensure we are being safe with our clients and our team, we refrain from cleaning ovens due to the hazardous fumes of cleaners.
For our safety, we avoid handling biohazards like pet or human waste.
For the health and sanitation of all our clients, we cannot service homes with infestations, as it could compromise the sanitation of our equipment.
